“We wanted to host a wedding expo that was intentional, personal and slower pace, for couples who may not connect with the traditional expo setting” says Dani Bucher, General Manager and Lead Design Specialist. “We believe celebrations deserve to be effortless, intentional and unforgettable, and hosting a unique opportunity for couples to connect with downtown vendors aligns with our approach to events. Attendees can slow down, explore the space, and imagine the moments surrounding their wedding day.”
The Mez opened in January 2025 at 710 Monroe Street as a versatile event space within a history-soaked building. The venue features lofted ceilings, natural light, and architectural details in the heart of downtown Toledo, creating a stunning, adaptable space for weddings, corporate events and creative gatherings.
