Walleye Shuttle Delivers Convenient, Affordable Ride To Second Round Of Playoffs

The Toledo Walleye have advanced to the ECHL’s Central Division Finals, and the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) continues to help fans skate around parking fees and gas prices as they back Toledo’s team against the Fort Wayne Komets.

The Walleye Shuttle will be in operation for every home game in the postseason, which for the upcoming series includes:

  • Game 2: Tuesday, May 12

  • Game 4: Friday, May 15

  • Game 5 (if necessary): Saturday, May 16

     

The Walleye Shuttle offers a $3 round-trip ride to the Huntington Center from five area park-and-ride locations. Shuttles drop off in front of the arena on Jefferson Avenue and pick up at the same spot 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

Park-and-ride spots for this service include:

  • Sylvania, Franciscan Center, 6832 Convent Blvd., departs 90 minutes before puck drop

  • Waterville, Kroger, 8730 Waterville Swanton Road, departs 60 minutes before puck drop

  • Miracle Mile Shopping Center, 1727 West Laskey Road, departs 60 minutes before puck drop

  • Maumee, Lucas County Recreation Center, 2901 Key Street, departs 60 minutes before puck drop

  • Oregon, Starr Elementary School, 3230 Starr Avenue, departs 60 minutes before puck drop
