Metal Makers Week
June 2-7 | All Day | Included with Admission
Imagination Station's lower atrium is turning into a foundry, where visitors can explore what it's like to create a piece out of liquid metal that they get to keep. First, they'll pick a design, press it into sand and then watch as hot, liquid metal is poured over top. Once cooled, visitors can see every detail hardened into metal to take home.

Rocket Science
June 13 | All Day
To celebrate the Metroparks Watershed Weekend, Imagination Station is launching into a day of fun with Rocket Science. Join Imagination Station in Festival Park, right on the Riverwalk, to blast off with paper rockets, stomp rockets, water rockets and more as you explore engineering and aerodynamics.

The BASH

Enjoy glittering, colorful cocktails and light bites from local restaurants, all while mingling in our most popular exhibits. The BASH gives you a chance to dress up and relive the joy and curiosity of Imagination Station with a grown-up twist

Nerdy Derby: Podracer Edition
June 26-June 28 | All Day
On your mark...get set...derby. But this time, Star Wars style. Imagination Station's most notorious event is back, but now they're in a galaxy far, far away. Come make your own Landspeeder, Podracer, X-wing, AT-AT or TIE Fighter and send it down a 40-foot ramp at light speed. At the Nerdy Derby, there are no rules, but this year, there is the force.

Think Tank Workshop: Mysterious Forces
June 6, 13, 27 | 2pm | Buy Tickets
Explore mysterious forces in our universe, including gravity, magnetism and static electricity. With levitation and hair-lifting fun, the Force will be with you during this workshop.

Family Explorers Club - Colors
