Toledo Shares the Stage Celebrates National Children’s Day with Free Community Event

Live Arts Toledo invites families from across the region to celebrate National Children’s Day at Toledo Shares the Stage, a free community event on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 12-4pm at the Toledo Center for Live Arts.

Designed to inspire creativity and exploration, Toledo Shares the Stage will feature live performances, educational workshops, art galleries, program resources, and food trucks. The event showcases the many organizations throughout our community that nurture creativity through the performing and visual arts while providing families with opportunities to discover new artistic passions.

Live Arts Toledo is grateful for the collaboration and support of numerous community partners who have come together to make this celebration possible.

To help make the event accessible to all families, TARTA will provide convenient access via Bus 34, which stops directly in front of the Toledo Center for Live Arts. In addition, youth ages 18 and younger can ride TARTA free all summer through the Summer Blast Pass program.

Admission to Toledo Shares the Stage is free and open to the public. Community organizations interested in participating in the resource fair or volunteering are encouraged to visit the Live Arts Toledo website and complete the vendor/exhibitor application form and can also participate at no cost.

Toledo School for the Arts, Bird’s Eye View Circus, Glass City Improv, Sunshine Communities’ Handbell Choir, El Corazón de México, Children’s Theatre Workshop, Toledo Ballet, iDance, Masterworks Chorale, and Heartstring Melodies.

Gallery and Resource Activity pARTners include:
577 Foundation, Toledo Museum of Art, Heartstring Melodies, Toledo Opera, Frogtown Players, Live Arts Toledo, Imagination Station, WGTE, TARTA, Lucas County Children’s Services, and Toledo Humane Society.
