The Toledo Mud Hens will be celebrating America’s 250th birthday with a fun-filled, two-day festival in Hensville and Fifth Third Field. The festival will take place on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 and will feature live music, food, baseball, special giveaways and two extended fireworks shows.
“We are very excited about the lineup for this year’s Rock and Blast,” said Troy Hammersmith, director of events and fan entertainment for the Mud Hens. “Our goal is to provide a fun atmosphere where fans and community members of ages can celebrate this historic milestone. We’re especially looking forward to the postgame fireworks, which will be the biggest of the year and unlike anything fans will see anywhere else this summer.”
