Science is for Everyone: Imagination Station Hosting Free Community Day

Summer is about to get even more scientific! Imagination Station is opening its doors with free admission for all visitors on Saturday, July 18 from 10am-5pm,thanks to a generous partnership with North Star BlueScope Steel.

Free Community Day is the perfect opportunity for visitors to explore all of the exhibits and activities the science center has to offer. Feel what it’s like to bike 20 feet above ground, see how science created Star Wars in the Unofficial Galaxies exhibit or create something unique in the Tinkering Space. There’s so much to discover throughout two stories of fun. 

What: Free Community Day at Imagination Station

When: Saturday, July 18 | 10am-5pm

“By opening our doors free of admission, we’re able to reach new audiences: families, young adults and first-time visitors who might not have otherwise walked through Imagination Station,” said Lori Hauser, Chief Executive Officer at Imagination Station. “We're excited to welcome the community into our building and proud to partner with North Star BlueScope Steel to ensure that more people can experience the wonder, joy and awe that science creates.”

Free Community Day is Saturday, July 18 from 10am to 5pm. Check-in is required at the Visitor Services desk when entering Imagination Station. More information can be found on imaginationstationtoledo.org.
