TOLEDO, Ohio, August 6, 2026 – ProMedica will offer the following community events in September:

September 7, 2026 – ProMedica Weight Loss Surgery Support Group – The ProMedica Weight Loss Surgery Support Group is designed for patients who have undergone weight loss surgery or for community members seeking more information about this procedure. The group meets on the first Monday of every month at the ProMedica Health & Wellness Center, Education Conference Rooms 1 & 2 (5700 Monroe Street, Sylvania, OH 43560), beginning at 6 p.m. No registration is required.

September 11, 2026 – 11th Annual Brain Aneurysm Event – The 11th Annual Brain Aneurysm Event will bring together patients, families, caregivers and community members for an evening of support, education and awareness. The event will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. at the ProMedica Steam Plant (100 Madison Ave., Toledo, OH 43604). Registration is required. September 17, 2026 – Northeast Ohio Amputee Support Group – The Northeast Ohio Amputee Support Group is a peer-led group focused on connection, shared experience and real-world guidance. New amputees, long-term amputees, caregivers, supporters and anyone impacted by limb loss are encouraged to attend. The group meets on the third Thursday of every month at the ProMedica Health & Wellness Center, Community Room 1 (5700 Monroe Street, Sylvania, OH 43560), beginning at 4 p.m. No registration is required. September 2026 – ProMedica Ronald McDonald Care Mobile – The ProMedica Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a child-focused mobile clinic offering sick visits, physicals, immunizations and more.
